Delice De Bourgogne
An indulgent triple creme cheese which is rich, full flavoured.
Triple creme cheeses like Delice de Bourgogne, Brillat Savarin and Delice de Gourmet have a butterfat content of more than 75% in their dry matter. This equates to an overall fat content of more that 40% giving triple creme cheeses about the same fat content as extra thick double cream. They therefore tend to have a thick, creamy paste, velvety smooth texture and a melt in the mouth quality.
